AGM-380, a AGM-330 derivative, has the therapeutic effect in viral disease.

  • AGM-380 inhibits the production of viral proteins in influenza A or porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) or covid 19 infected host cells.

  • In influenza A infected mice, the administration of AGM-380 induce increasing survival rate more than Tamiflu.
